<abstract displayLabel="Summary">L' industrialisation récente (nev 15 années) d'un pays à forte personnalité rurale et agropastorale s'est accompagnée par la mise er place d'un nombre considérable d'usines, complexes et manufactures dotés d'outils technologiques et procédés de fabrication totalment conçu hors du pays (Europe, USA, Japón...). Les différents systèmes et dispositifs de sècurité, de detection, de lutte et de prévention ont été pensé, mis en place, choisis par des spécilistes avec en finalité et malgré eux, certaines insuffisances, incohérences et inadaptations sérieusement compromettante pour la sécurité des biens et des personnes</abstract>
