<abstract displayLabel="Summary">La sociedad del siglo XXI se seguirá enfrentando a los efectos de una sismicidad relacionada con la configuración actual de las capas más externas de la Tierra. Sólo la investigación intensiva y extensiva permitirá al hombre establecer parámetros constructivos que permitan atenuar los demoledores efectos que causan en el desarrollo de la vida moderna. Con el complemento de los distintos mecanismos de aseguramiento, se conseguirá amortiguar el impacto económico y avanzar en la reconstrucción racional de las áreas devastadas</abstract>
