Report on actions and consequences in annual reports as well as an ongoing basis through real-time Web and direct communication updates; 4. Build a community of critical activists which works as a sounding board for critical business decisions; 5. Demonstrate an openness to discuss tough business decisions with the media andadvocacy groups; and 6. Better internal integration between key functions like legal, fi nance, sales, marketing, public affairs, communications and HR to make sure everyone is aligned around the core ideas of the reputation platform</subfield>
