<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Los nanomateriales suponen un nuevo desafío para entender, predecir y gestionar los riesgos que supone su utilización para la salud de los trabajadores. Como con cualquier nuevo material que aparece, los datos científicos de los efectos sobre la salud en trabajadores expuestos son, en general, escasos. En el caso de nanomateriales, las incertidumbres son grandes porque sus características pueden ser diferentes, en magnitud y en efectos, de las de los materiales más grandes con la misma composición química</abstract>
