<abstract displayLabel="Summary">En este artículo se analiza en qué medida las últimas reformas laborales introducidas en España han conseguido reducir la dualidad laboral entre trabajadores con contratos indefinidos y temporales. Nuestro análisis se centra en especial en las políticas de fomento de la contratación indefinida y en la reforma del año 2006, cuyo resultado ha ido muy limitado. El actual proceso de reforma laboral no debería centrarse en soluciones parciales, que no sólo han sido ineficaces, sino también muy costosas. Corregir las disfuncionalidades de nuestro mercado de trabajo requiere que se desarrole una reforma laboral de carácter estructural e integral, que erradique definitivamente la dualidad laboral legal y aborde cambios sustanciales en la negociación colectiva, en las prestaciones por desempleo y en las políticas activas del mercado de trabajo</abstract>
