<abstract displayLabel="Summary">El sector asegurador español atraviesa un momento especial. Por una parte, sobrelleva el impacto de la crisis económica y financiera mundial sin grandes sobresaltos, a pesar de la acusada ralentización del crecimiento; por otra, al igual que en el resto de Europa, se encuentra inmerso en los trabajos de adaptación de la nueva metodología financiera que supone Solvencia II y que deberá estar implantada en enero de 2013. Durante el primer semestre de 2010 España ha presidido la Unión Europea. Una vez concluida esta presidencia, preguntamos a Ricardo Lozano, Director General de Seguros y Fondos de Pensiones, por los avances registrados, así como la visión del sector español y la hoja de ruta que siguen algunos de los principales temas pendientes</abstract>
