<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Bruit en milieu professionnel et bruit environnemental interagissent pour en faire une nuisance majeure. Après de breves données statistiques, on rappellera que le bruit peut être porteur de sens. On abordera successivement les effets non auditifs sur différents appareils, puis les aspects auditifs: traumatismes aigus, fatigue auditive et surdité chronique en soulignant chaque fois le role du bruit en tant que facteur de risque psychosocial. Ce problème de santé publique mêle vie professionnelle et vie privée</abstract>
