<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Même si le nombre d'accidents liés au risque électrique est en baisse constante depuis près de quarante ans, leur gravité reste élevée: près d'un décès sur cent est dû à l'électricité en 2010. La prévention du risque électrique touche de nombreux secteurs, en dehors de la production d'électricité et des réseaux de distribution d'énergie: la commission nº 21 de l'Union technique de l'électricité estime à au moins 400000 le nombre de salariés concernés par les différents niveaux d'habilitation en France. </abstract>
