<abstract displayLabel="Summary">A raíz de algunas sentencias publicadas recientemente el presente informe analiza la problemática y el riesgo inherentes de esta figura en cuanto a su laboralidad y dependencia respecto del corredor para el que trabaje así como de sus posibles consecuencias. Se establecen las pautas y consejos principales a seguir para no incurrir en ambas situaciones y evitar así los posibles inconvenientes que ello podría acarrear al corredor o correduría de Seguros. FECOR se postula totalmente partidario de esta nueva figura a todos los niveles y considera que va a permitir un desarrollo y crecimiento a las corredurías de seguros</abstract>
