<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Las quejas y reclamaciones de los asegurados han vuelto a repuntar con fuerza en el año 2012. Los datos de 2011 fueron como un oasis; sólo una pequeña tregua, porque las cifras del pasado ejercicio registradas por la DGSFP constituyen un nuevo record, superando las 10.225 reclamaciones del año 2010. También las presentadas ante las aseguradoras crecen, pero sin alcanzar el 2 por 100, aunque ha habido cuatro entidades menos que han facilitado información </abstract>
