<abstract displayLabel="Summary">En su segunda edición, el "Estudio Infoempleo y Adecco sobre Redes Sociales y Mercado de Trabajo en España", ha tratado de analizar el impacto que están teniendo estas herramientas tanto entre los profesionales de RR.HH. como en los candidatos que buscan empleo. El estudio confirma que las redes sociales se consolidan como un apoyo fundamental en la búsqueda de profesionales por parte de los reclutadores y una vía más para acceder a ofertas de empleo por parte de los candidatos: El 70% de los candidatos (un 20% mas que en 2011) afirma haber buscado empleo a través de redes sociales y ha aumentado en un 25% el número de candidatos que se han inscrito en una oferta de empleo por esta vía</abstract>
