<abstract displayLabel="Summary">El nuevo Código Civil y Comercial, vigente desde ello de agosto, implica realizar una serie de cambios en todos los contratos, incluidos los de seguros. No será necesario modificar las leyes que rigen el seguro, pero sí habrá que realizar modificaciones en algunos textos de póliza para que se adecúen al nuevo marco legal. Además, el nuevo Código determina nuevas coberturas obligatorias.</abstract>
