<abstract displayLabel="Summary">El 22 de octubre de 2009 se produjo una explosión de gas butano en una vivienda que su propietaria, Dº M, tenía arrendada a D. J.M., y en la que este vivía. La propietaria tenía concertado un seguro de daños a su vivienda y al contenido de la misma con la aseguradora S.L. que abonó a aquella, como indemnización por los daños derivados del referido siniestro, la cantidad de 10298,64 euros. </abstract>
