The first chapter describes the new innovation reality and the importance of startups in it as well as challenges that corporates face. How these problems can be solved is set forth in the third chapter, which deals with startup-corporate collaboration, its importance and advantages, and the best suited vehicle to create mutual business impact  Corp-Up.
