<abstract displayLabel="Summary">El autor analiza, en el presente trabajo, en primer lugar, el nuevo proceso por aceptación de decreto, que incorporó la Ley 41/2015, de 5 de ocubre, de modificación de la Ley de Enjuiciamiento Criminal para la agilización de la justicia penal y el fortalecimiento de las garantías procesales. En segundo lugar, los problemas que su aplicación pueden suscitar, incluso desde el ámbito constitucional. Por último, se detiene en el papel que pueden desempeñar los responsables civiles, singularmente las compañías aseguradoras</abstract>
