<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Muchas empresas españolas tratan de identificar y "fichar" talentos capaces de dirigir las compañías hacia el crecimiento de negocio en entornos globalizados, que sean conocedores de modelos competitivos y grandes líderes, impulsores de la rentabilidad, entre otros factores. Pero, ¿cómo son los directivos de las principales compañías de seguros en España? Una gran parte, como se puede ver en los 22 perfiles analizados a continuación, terminó en el sector por casualidad, la mayoría proveniente de sectores afines pero que terminaron desarrollando toda su carrera en esta industria que, como indican, enamora una vez que se conoce.</abstract>
