<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Debemos destacar dos hechos relevantes en esta edición; el primero, que hay entidades que no estando en el primer estudio, han pedido ser evaluadas de forma voluntaria como DKV y Surne. El segundo, es un aumento y mejoría de la información reflejada por las entidades en sus webs, que si bien no es generalizada, si es puntual y hace que aseguradoras mejoren en mucho su clasificación respecto al anterior estudio.</abstract>
