<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Algunos núcleos urbanos se han convertido a lo largo de los años en referencias mundiales en la gestión y la retención del talento. Es el caso de la ciudad de Madrid, como así lo destaca el último Índice de Competitividad por el Talento Global (GTCI). En este trabajo se analiza la distribución geográfica y las dinámicas espaciales de los trabajadores de la clase creativa en la ciudad de Madrid. Se presentan los resultados de los Índices de Creatividad por Distritos (ICD) y por Barrios (ICB) con el objeto de analizar los factores que impulsan la competitividad del talento en la ciudad de Madrid.</abstract>
