<abstract displayLabel="Summary">El seguro de hogar terminó 2017 con una moderación del crecimiento en primas y, lo que es más preocupante, también con una menor rentabilidad. La competencia y el aumento de los siniestros por fenómenos atmosféricos son los responsables de esta situación. Para este año, el sector se muestra optimista y confía en la recuperación económica, y sobre todo en la mejora del mercado inmobiliario, como palanca del crecimiento. Pero sin olvidar que nada parece indicar que la competencia, y su efecto en la evolución del precio del seguro, vayan a desaparecer. Tampoco las tempestades.</abstract>
