<abstract displayLabel="Summary">En este artículo se describen las cuentas de las administraciones locales en 2017, constatando que en términos agregados se mantienen los buenos resultados de ejercicios anteriores y se confirman las buenas perspectivas para 2018. Además, se analizan dos hechos relevantes ocurridos durante el año pasado: la propuesta de reforma del sistema de financiación local encargada por el gobierno a una comisión de expertos y la problemática que suscita la aplicación de la regla de gasto</abstract>
