<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Acaba de publicarse como norma española la última versión del estándar internacional ISO/IEC 20000-1. Además de incorporar la estructura de alto nivel de las normas ISO de sistemas de gestión, la UNE-ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 es un documento que facilita la gestión de la prestación de cualquier tipo de servicio, sin limitarse al ámbito de las tecnologías de la información. Igualmente, ha ganado flexibilidad permitiendo a las organizaciones decidir cómo organizar sus procesos.</abstract>
