<abstract displayLabel="Summary">En siniestros con reclamaciones por daños constructivos en España, resulta determinante clarificar el tipo de daño constructivo del que se trata y encontrar su encaje dentro de la clasificaión de daños establecidos por la ley. En función de dicha interpretación, se podrán determinar, tanto la posible cobertura de los daños, como las posibles responsabilidades de los distintos agentes constructivos (arquitectos, aparejadores, etc.).
El seguro o garantía decenal, cubre con carácter obligatorio durante diez años, los daños materiales ocasionados en viviendas por vicios y defectos de la constucción denominados estructurales. Para obtener una gestión óptima de los siniestros, resulta indispensable clarificar la extensión y límites de la cobertura, así como la condición de las partes involucradas</abstract>
