The aim of this report is to highlight the extent of insurance fraud and its cost. Insurers uncover numerous cases of insurance fraud every year. The claims that are rejected amount to substantial sums  money that is intended for honest customers. Those who defraud insurance companies are defrauding all those around them.</abstract>
