<abstract displayLabel="Summary">La consecuencia generalizada de los cambios económicos globales y de las políticas aplicadas durante las últimas décadas ha sido una precarización de las condiciones laborales, llevando a un empeoramiento de la calidad del trabajo y a un aumento de la desigualdad en el mercado laboral, que ha afectado en especial a las mujeres. Las autoras analizan estas circunstancias a través del análisis del índice de calidad del empleo, según sexo.</abstract>
