<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Desde España, además de la tramitación del proyecto de Ley de Cambio Climático y Transición Energética, el pasado 2 de junio se publicaron tres elementos que muestran la apuesta clara por la economía circular y la recuperación económica del país: la aprobación de la Estrategia Española de Economía Circular 2030 y la materialización de parte de sus iniciativas en la tramitación del anteproyecto de Ley de Residuos y Suelos Contaminados y el Real Decreto que regula el control del traslado de residuos. a Estrategia sienta las bases para superar la economía lineal e impulsar un nuevo modelo de producción y consumo. ¿Qué implicaciones tiene para las empresas españolas? </abstract>
