<abstract displayLabel="Summary">El Congreso acuerda que los impuestos financien todo incremento de las pensiones que supere el IPC. Emplaza al Ejecutivo a subir las bases de cotización para igualarlas al salario real. Los portavoces de la Comisión del Pacto de Toledo cerraron ayer un acuerdo sobre la reforma del sistema público de pensiones. El consenso político se produce después de cuatro años de trabajos y un acuerdo que saltó por los aires, en el último momento, en febrero de 2019, cuando Unidas Podemos, que entonces estaba en la oposición, dio marcha atrás. UP no quería dar un acuerdo tan importante a un Gobierno del PSOE, en vísperas de las elecciones generales de abril de 2019.</abstract>
