<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Con este II Estudio sobre conocimiento, hábitos y uso de Fintech en España queremos entender el efecto de las Fintech en el consumidor y dar respuesta a ciertos puntos clave, como el nivel de conocimiento, su uso, los servicios más utilizados y la percepción sobre el uso de sus datos personales, sin dejar de lado cómo este mayor uso de la tecnología afecta en la toma de decisiones. Con la ayuda de Antonio Luis Gallardo, entre el 17 de noviembre y el 3 de diciembre de 2020, se ha consultado a 1.610 personas mediante un cuestionario online y telefónico, realizado a mayores de 18 años residentes en todo el territorio español, ponderándose tanto las poblaciones de cada comunidad autónoma, como el grupo de edad, para conseguir resultados representativos en toda la muestra realizada.</abstract>
