<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Según un estudio de Gartner, la automatización del trabajo rutinario con Inteligencia Artificial (IA), la destreza digital y trabajo híbrido con mano de obra distribuida son las tres grandes tendencias clave que impactarán en el futuro del trabajo en el que los CIO (directores de tecnología) deben centrarse en el futuro más inmediato. De acuerdo con el informe, la Inteligencia Artificial (36%), el análisis de datos (21%) y la experiencia de los clientes (20%) son las tecnologías que van a cambiar las reglas del juego de los mercados.</abstract>
