<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Increasing reliance on technology and digital transformation may represent the biggest challenges in terms of business disruption going forward. This, along with supply chain disruption, was described as one of the biggest changes brought about by the pandemic. Cyber risk is now the main and most feared root cause of business disruption. 
No one knows what the future holds but, as long as business interruption insurance is in place, the risk from the butterfly effect will be mitigated and transferred; society will be better prepared and more resilient to chaotic scenarios</abstract>
