<abstract displayLabel="Summary">El impacto de la inflación en el seguro no es nuevo. Atraviesa al contrato de seguro en todas sus facetas. Especialmente, altera el equilibrio económico financiero de la empresa de seguros, incidiendo negativamente en el mercado. desalentando la contratación, aumentando los costos normales y el incumplimiento. En Argentina la cuestión tiene un largo recorrido, lo que sin embargo no hace que estemos más cerca de encontrar soluciones duraderas. </abstract>
