<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Tan solo el 0,6% de las viviendas son universalmente accesibles en España. Además, las personas seniors no disponen de un tratamiento legal específico en la Ley 12/2023, del 24 de mayo (LA LEY 6823/2023), por el derecho a la vivienda, más allá de vincular la vulnerabilidad habitacional a circunstancias personales o económicas. Así lo aseguró Cristina Argelich, Profesora de Derecho Civil de la Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (UAM), durante el último encuentro celebrado por Jubilare, la comisión del Colegio de Registradores de España que tiene como objetivo luchar contra el edadismo desde un punto de vista constructivo </abstract>
