<abstract displayLabel="Summary">El Consejo de Ministros dio ayer luz verde al Proyecto de Ley por el que se transpone la Directiva 2021/2118 relativa al seguro de responsabilidad civil para la circulación de vehículos automóviles, así como el control de la obligación de asegurar esta responsabilidad. Asimismo, la norma modifica la Ley sobre responsabilidad civil y seguro en la circulación de vehículos a motor y la Ley de ordenación, supervisión y solvencia de las entidades aseguradoras y reaseguradoras. Una vez aprobado por el Consejo de Ministros se remitirá al Congreso de los Diputados para su tramitación parlamentaria</abstract>
