520  ‎$a‎This qualitative study explores how older adults with a low socioeconomic status perceive positive ageing, using participant-driven photo-elicitation interviews (photo-voice). Twenty-one Dutch participants aged over 60 collected photographs representing positive ageing and discussed them during in-depth interviews. The findings show that positive ageing is mainly associated with social relationships, meaningful activities, nature, pets, food, and a positive mindset, alongside acceptance of age-related losses. Participants experienced the visual method as engaging and supportive, suggesting its suitability for health research and programme development targeting vulnerable older populations
