<abstract>En este texto se aborda el fenómeno de las transformaciones del trabajo, del empleo y de las estrategias que las empresas multinacionales han puesto en marcha a partir de la década de los años ochenta y durante los años noventa. La globalización fundamental en la organización económica a nivel planetario es analizada aquí desde la prespectiva de los cambios en la división internacional del trabajo y de los procesos de concentración de capital, que se han desarrollado con las nuevas formas de "cooperación" empresarial protagonizadas por las empresas multinacionales. </abstract>
