<abstract>Dentro del ramo de responsabilidad civil hay una gran variedad de tipos de cobertura. Al hablar del mercado asegurador y de reaseguros existen varias coberturas o riesgos muy específicos que requieren un tratamiento especializado en mercados especializados. Quizás los ejemplos más clásicos son los de R.C. de automóviles y los de P&I o responsabilidades marítimas y R.C. de aviación, que merecen un tratamiento separado. El autor se limitará en esta ponencia a hablar de aquellos riesgos que tradicionalmente se tratan en el departamento de responsabilidad civil de las compañias aseguradoras, y especialmente en la responsabilidad civil en cuanto afecta a la empresa</abstract>
