<abstract>Si nos posicionamos en la gerencia de riesgos de una empresa que desea abarcar la problemática de la responsabilidad civil, no podemos dejar de constatar la ardua tarea y el esfuerzo que debemos desempeñar para la consecución de tal finalidad. En ambos campos debe evaluarse el riesgo en sus diferentes contextos, a) materiales: instalaciones, edificios, maquinaria, productos. b) inmateriales: actividad empresarial, servicios profesionales; c) personales: empleados, contratistas, subcontratistas; d) jurídicos: relaciones contractuales con proveedores y clientes. Todos estos aspectos son fuente de riesgo y de reclamaciones</abstract>
