<abstract displayLabel="Summary">En este artículo se comparan dos métodos de levantamiento manual, uno asistido por una mano y otro por dos manos y mediante inclinación lumbar. Para demostrar la efectividad de éstos, se lleva a cabo un estudio a 24 personas a través de electromiografías, demostrándose que el levantamiento asistido por una mano produce menos estrés para la espina lumbar y, por tanto, su utilización puede reducir el número de lesiones</abstract>
