<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Les dispositifs antiretour et pare-flamme pour chalumeau oxy-gaz manuel sont des intercepteurs qui, placés à un endroit approprié sur chacune des tuyauteries souples d'alimentation du chalumeau, sont destinés à interdire tout reflux lent ou explosif d'un des gaz. Dans cet article on propose la généralisation d' emploi des intercepteurs pour la prévention d'accidents resultant de l'emploi des chalumeaux. Il contient aussi les résultats d'un étude inscrite au programme d'activité de l'INRS sur la sûreté de fonctionnement des intercepteurs destinés aux chalumeaux et les suggestions à l'usage de ces intercepteurs</abstract>
