<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Todo sistema de seguridad que se instala en un centro penitenciario tiene una característica que lo diferencia de los demás: su objetivo prioritario no es impedir intrusiones desde el exterior, sino evitar fugas desde el interior. Al margen de esta característica común, debemos tener en cuenta que, al igual que no hay dos centros idénticos, no puede haber soluciones estandarizadas. En cada caso debe analizarse cuál será la mejor, sin olvidar que, en muchos casos, el condicionante económico nos puede obligar a reajustar el proyecto, en el sentido de adaptarlo al presupuesto asumible por el organismo implicado</abstract>
