<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Une nouvelle forme de division du travail voit le jour. La communauté de travail tend à s'organiser en cercles. Au-delà du premier, constitué du noyau stable de professionnels, s'organise le deuxième cercle. Appartenant à des entreprises extérieures, les travailleurs de ce cercle périphérique réalisent des missions ponctuelles.
