<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Dans la situation actuelle, l'âge et le vieillissement deviennent un nouvel enjeu de société parce que tout ce que les concerne se transforme: les carrières et l'emploi, les postes de travail et la formation, la gestion de ressources humaines et la pyramide des âges. C'est un enjeu pour l'entreprise, pour l'économie et pour toute la société, parce que le décalage est de plus en plus grand entre d'une part l'allongement de la durée de vie et de la durée de vie en bonne santé, et d'autre part des sorties de vie active de plus en plus précoces et un raccourcissement de la vie active</abstract>
