<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Le but de ce travail est de préciser la prévalence des manifestations respiratoires aiguës survenant lors de la reprise du travail chez les salariés de l'industrie textile. Les symptômes respiratoires, en paticulier la "dyspnée du lundi", ont été recherchées par questionnaire chez 774 sujets exposés aux poussières de coton et 464 non-exposés. Le débit de pointe ou peak flow (PF) a été mesuré chez chaque sujet avant et à la fin de poste, le jour de la reprise du travail</abstract>
