<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Après un rappel de la toxicologie et de la pharmacocinétique du nitroglycol et de la nitroglycérine, cet article article tente d'objectiver le mécanisme du syndrome de sevrage à partir des données électrocardiographiques. Les résultats de l'étude de l'enregistrement en continu selon la méthode de Holter sur quarante travailleurs d'une dynamiterie, faisant apparaître des anomalies de repolarisation chez cinq sujets, plaident en faveur d'un syndrome électrocardiographique pendant la période de sevrage</abstract>
