<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Après avoir donné les caractéristiques de l'émision laser, et en avoir décrit les différents types, les auteurs examinent les risques dus aux tensions élévées, à la chaleur rayonnée. Ils insistent particulièrement sur les dangers du rayonnement pour les yeux. Les mesures de protection préconisées s'attachent à garantir les personnes des effets thermiques du rayonnement. Un tableau présente les appareils permettant la mesure de l'énergie et de la puissance des lasers. Les auteurs proposent enfin une liste des lunettes de protection disponibles en France et fixent les exigences qu'elles doivent respecter</abstract>
