<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Afin d'évaluer les différents dispositifs de bâchage-débâchage rapide comercialisés, les auteurs ont effectué une enquête auprès des utilisateurs. Quatre critères ont été retenus pour apprécier le niveau de satisfaction des utilisateurs: le nombre de types d'incidents, le nombre de modifications rendues nécessaires, le nombre d'incidents ayant entraîné des réparations, le changement ou non de fabricant en cas de nouvel achat</abstract>
