<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Les observations relatives à 65 cas d'allergie professionnelle aux composants d'antiseptiques hospitaliers - formaldéhyde, glutaraldéhyde, glyoxal - sont résumées (Hospices civils de Strasbourg, 1965-1990). Le pouvoir sensibilisant de chacune de ces molécules et les phénomènes de sensibilisation croisée sont étudiés chez le cobaye; ils sont en accord avec les observations humaines. Un répertoire informatif d'antiseptiques commerciaux renfermant des principes actifs montre leur diffusion et l'insuffisance de l'étiquetage</abstract>
