<abstract displayLabel="Summary">The study included 60 men aged from 20 to 56 who had been exposed to styrene and they were employed by a shipyard for the construction of ships in glass reinforced polyester materials by contact stratification. The results suggest that exposure to moderate styrene concentrations of the order of 25 ppm can lead to impairment of colour vision</abstract>
