Title: An Inhalable-dust sampler, for measuring the hazard from total airborne particulate / T.L. Ogden and J.L. BirkettAuthor: Ogden, T.L.
Notes: Sumario: Present standards and measurement methods for total airborne particulate are very inexact because they usually ignore the sampler entry effects important for large particles. A logical solution would be to try to measure the same concentration as enters the nose or mouth. Measurements of total airborne particulate with this sampler should be much more consistent and relevant than with the usual methods. The influence of turbulence on such measurements is discussed brieflyRelated records: En: The Annals of occupational hygiene. - Oxford [etc.]. - nº 1, March 1978 ; p. 41-50Materia / lugar / evento: Higiene industrial Contaminantes químicos Partículas ambientales Contaminación atmosférica Control de la contaminación Valores TLV Métodos de análisis Otros autores: Birkett, J.L.
