Title: Occupational exposure to noise and hypertension : a retrospective study / J.B. Malchaire and M. MullierAuthor: Malchaire, Jacques B.
Notes: Sumario: The prevalence of hypertension (according to WHO criteria) is studied in two groups of workers exposed to equivalent noise levels of around 95 dB(A) and in a control group. Differences are not statistically significant and it is concluded that occupational exposure to noise levels on that range cannot be held responsible for causing hypertensionRelated records: En: The Annals of occupational hygiene. - Oxford [etc.]. - nº 1, 1979 ; p. 61-66Materia / lugar / evento: Higiene industrial Contaminantes físicos Ruido Valores TLV Hipertensión arterial Medicina laboral Muestreos Enfermedades profesionales Otros autores: Mullier, M.
