Notes: Sumario: Manufacturers of man-made mineral fibres (MMMF) are continually reducing the content of the very thick fibres in order to reduce weight and potential for skin irritation during handling of their wool-type material. Based on a very simple model, some general properties of MMMF dust clouds have been deduced which were in qualitative agreement with workplace measurements. The model has been refined and is described in the present paperRelated records: En: The Annals of occupational hygiene. - Oxford [etc.]. - nº 2, 1983 ; p. 157-171Materia / lugar / evento: Higiene industrial Contaminantes químicos Fibras minerales artificiales Man-made mineral fibres Control de contaminantes Ambiente de trabajo Amianto Contaminación atmosférica Otros autores: Holst, Erik
